** After AM Restart **

-This talent was checking the distance between your current target and npcs around that target instead of you against targets around you. This should function more reliably now.
-This target will no longer spam Atomize I, but instead cast Impart Chaos I which is a massive PBAE.

Note: You MUST have a target (Player or NPC) for the PBAE to trigger.
