Specialization spell gone?

Hello i just got my Druid Tohka lvl 73 and then i reset my demigod talents, doing that made it to where i no longer have the Specialization spell and wont let me get the Moonburst spell from the talent guy. i have the talent for moonburst but not the spell...i even tried deleting some lvls of spells and resetting my talents again and that did not work either.
