2/3/2019 - New Player Task System Implemented, Mel/Herald Revamp

-Mel and Herald have been cleaned up and provide much more information on the server in a more concise way.
-A new task system will be presented to new players which guides them through the Ultimate Hub as well various dialogs with important NPCs. This should ease initial onboarding to the server.
